About the Role

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Adviser (OHA) to work in Central London, focusing on academia and education. You will play a key role in managing health cases and implementing a new wellbeing program.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Advise and assess the clinical practice of the OH team
  • Manage 60% case management and 40% wellbeing
  • Develop and evaluate care programs
  • Collaborate with management to meet company objectives
  • Identify training needs for junior staff
  • Explore new occupational health business opportunities

Requirements

  • NMC registration and be a Registered General Nurse
  • Full UK driving license and own car
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
  • Strong knowledge of clinical conditions
  • Ability to manage a varied workload
  • Proactive approach and excellent communication skills

Compensation
