About the Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Adviser (OHA) to work in Central London, focusing on academia and education. You will play a key role in managing health cases and implementing a new wellbeing program.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Advise and assess the clinical practice of the OH team
- Manage 60% case management and 40% wellbeing
- Develop and evaluate care programs
- Collaborate with management to meet company objectives
- Identify training needs for junior staff
- Explore new occupational health business opportunities
Requirements
- NMC registration and be a Registered General Nurse
- Full UK driving license and own car
- Experience in a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong knowledge of clinical conditions
- Ability to manage a varied workload
- Proactive approach and excellent communication skills

Compensation
Salary ranges from £32,000 to £47,500 annually, depending on experience. Negotiable pay rate.
