About the Role

The Occupational Health Adviser will focus on case management and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to the development of a new wellbeing program at our North Wales site.

Responsibilities

• Manage case assessments and implement care programs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Advise and monitor the clinical practice of the OH team.
• Develop and evaluate health promotion activities.
• Identify training needs for junior staff and implement plans.

Requirements

• NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse is essential.
• Post-registration experience in various settings.
• Strong knowledge of clinical conditions and health surveillance.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving license required.
