About the Role
The Occupational Health Adviser will focus on case management and wellbeing initiatives, contributing to the development of a new wellbeing program at our North Wales site.
Responsibilities
- Manage case assessments and implement care programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Advise and monitor the clinical practice of the OH team.
- Develop and evaluate health promotion activities.
- Identify training needs for junior staff and implement plans.
Requirements
- NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse is essential.
- Post-registration experience in various settings.
- Strong knowledge of clinical conditions and health surveillance.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license required.
