Supporting Older Adults within the Bolton community, who are experiencing a range of complex mental health issues. We

work closely with families, carers and other health and social care professionals to promote recovery and autonomy.

We are a warm and friendly Multi-Disciplinary Team with a strong focus on staff wellbeing and development. To support

staff wellbeing we offer one day a week remote working, alongside regular team events.
