About the Role

To be an active member of the appropriate site-specific MDT, utilising excellent communication skills, enabling

maintenance of a high-quality service and ensuring timely management and resolution of unexpected events and situations.

Demonstrate a high level of clinical, technical and research skills through breadth and depth of knowledge. A

knowledgeable clinical nurse specialist, supporting staff, the Oncology Head and Neck Service and policy development

within the specialty. To develop nurse led clinics and to undertake highly specialised technical and/or practical

skills, including advanced health assessments and Non-Medical prescribing in relation to SACT to ensure optimum patient
