Learning Support Assistant in L28 to work closely with a child in Reception who has ASD with no behaviouors. You’ll be

part of a collaborative team that values empathy, creativity, and resilience. The working hours are 09.00-1500, The role

is for the full academic year. Responsibilities * Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual learning plans * Sensory

Breaks. * Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists * Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment

What We’re Looking For * Experience working with children with ASD (preferred) * Patience, adaptability, and a genuine
