OOH Urgent Care Salaried GP - Preston & Chorley

About the Role

Provide timely clinical care to gtd healthcare out of hours patients in the form of advice or face to face consultation.

This may be at our Denton Clinical Hub, Preston and Chorley Treatment Centres, satellite bases, a gtd healthcare

treatment centre or on home visits. To ensure that where appropriate, the patient is referred for further management

with the relevant service, e.g. secondary care specialities, community services. To proactively communicate with the

Lead Senior Clinical Practitioner and Senior Care Co-ordinators to ensure the smooth running of the shift. To be

responsible for prioritisation and timeliness of all consultations assigned to the shift. Work with colleagues to
