About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operational Resilience team is a first‑line oversight function that partners with colleagues at all levels of the
business to strengthen and embed operational resilience. The team ensures that critical processes and their dependencies
are clearly mapped, regularly tested, and effectively reported to support informed decision‑making.
As an Operational Resilience Analyst, you will work within a small, collaborative team, reporting to the Operational
Resilience Manager and supporting the Head of Operational Resilience. You will deliver a varied and engaging programme
