About the Role
The following are the core responsibilities of the Operations Manager. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry
out other tasks; this will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels. The Operations Manager is
responsible for: Supporting the Practice Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Practice, ensuring staff achieve
their primary responsibilities. Functional Management of the Patient Services Adviser (PSA) Team. Providing leadership
and guidance to all staff. Monitoring annual QOF performance, liaising with GPs, the Nurse Team and the Personalised
Care Team. Monitoring processes to promote compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Reviewing and regularly
