About the Role
The post holder will assist in delivering a service which meets target standards and promotes a creative and innovative
approach to on-going service development, including the mentoring and management of junior staff, and driving forward
Excellence within the departmentOn a daily basis the post holder will act as a coordinator for any of the areas within
the department across the multidisciplinary teams. The role involves leadership to a named group of nurses and
participation in the collaborative management of the eye clinic. The post holder will be a resource nurse for the area
and will act as a link in promoting an integrated ophthalmic specialist service. The post holder will develop elements
