About the Role
JOB OVERVIEW
To work as an expert clinical practitioner and effectively deliver an expert nursing service in the specialist area
To further develop the Haemato-oncology service (including optimising patient pathways, improving the patient
experience, and developing proactive patient support models).
To independently manage a caseload of patients/clients
To ensure that patients and their families are fully informed and supported by providing clinical and social support
