The role of the oral health improvement practitioner is to implement local oral health improvement strategies by
providing a range of activities to specific population groups with identified oral health needs across Derbyshire County
and for this role Derby City. It will broaden the scope of oral health promotion in the wider community by working in
collaborative partnerships across sectors, agencies, and organizations in the development of oral health initiatives.
