About the Role

The University of Manchester is looking for a Workforce Design, Talent & Succession Partner to join their Organisational Effectiveness & Culture Team. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies that align workforce design and talent management with the university's strategic goals, particularly towards Manchester 2035.

Responsibilities

  • Support leadership teams in aligning strategic goals with workforce design.
  • Develop data-driven strategies for talent management.
  • Embed succession frameworks to drive organizational success.
  • Build effective cross-functional working relationships.
  • Analyze workforce data to inform future requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree level HR or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in workforce design and talent frameworks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • CIPD accreditation preferred.
