About the Role

If you are organised, with experience of working with teams and individuals on wellbeing initiatives, a strong
facilitation background (using Teams and in person), ability to become a trusted advisor, supporting staff during change
and, a great track record in building strong relationships then we would be delighted to receive your application. We
have recently launched a Microsoft Teams Wellbeing Hub and a key activity will be to develop and support a Wellbeing
Steering Group to maintain a holistic view of all wellbeing initiatives across the organisation and reduce siloed
