Orthopaedic Team Leader - Theatres

About the Role

Who we're looking for: Registered Nurse (NMC) or Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC) with no restrictions to

practice. Minimum 3 years scrub experience, in a theatre leadership or senior practitioner role. Mentorship

qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Strong clinical decision-making and case management skills.

Knowledge of theatre budgeting and resource planning (desirable). ALS and Airway Maintenance certifications (desirable

training available). Working Hours:Full Time, Monday to Saturday, mixed shifts, earlies and lates, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type:Permanent Benefits: Competitive salary and enhancements 35 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)
