Outdoor Education Support Assistant

About the Role

Are you someone who connects well with young people and believes learning doesn’t always happen best in a classroom?

We’re looking for a Learning Support Assistant to work with pupils who have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH)

needs, supporting them through outdoor learning, alternative provision and enterprise-style activities.

This is a term-time, full-time role, offering purposeful work where relationships, creativity and consistency really

matter.
