Outpatient Staff Nurse
About the Role
Support the Senior Sister/Sister in the appraisal of Newly Qualified Staff, & Non-Qualified Staff. Develop their
knowledge and expertise on People Management (Human Resources) policies to support their own development. Responsible
for their development in understanding budgetary constraints and controls. Responsible for the safe use, inspection,
maintenance and security of all goods and equipment, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained at all times.
Review and appraise processes and policies to allow for continuous improvement within the Trust which ensure delivery of
best practice. Carry out individual risk assessments and contribute to the management of risks in line with Trust
