Outreach Family Support Worker

About the Role

We are currently working with a public client in Liverpool to recruit an experienced Outreach Family Support Worker to

provide targeted Early Help support to children, young people, and families across the city.

Role Overview

In this role, you will take responsibility for delivering outreach and home-based Early Help support to children and

families using a whole family approach. You will provide targeted support to children and young people aged 0-19 to help

prevent the need for statutory services and improve access to universal support.
