About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 5 Nurse post within the SACT Outreach Team.
The SACT Outreach Team delivers treatments for Patients closer to home. This is an exciting opportunity to join a
dynamic team providing care closer to home.
The Nurse will be required to provide a supportive role within the SACT Outreach sites for nursing, medical & clerical
staff whilst also covering the Oak Road treatment Centre if required. Sites are located at St Ann’s Little Hulton, New
Mills, Dr Kershaw’s Hospice, Bury Hospice, St Luke’s Hospice & Tameside MacMillan Unit.
