Outreach Support Worker

About the Role

We are recruiting a compassionate and proactive Outreach Worker to support people experiencing street homelessness and

those at risk across East Surrey. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by engaging individuals directly

on the streets, building trust, and helping them access essential services, accommodation, and long-

term support.

Contract: 3 months (Jan-March)

Hours: Monday-Friday
