Outreach Support Worker required to support a 7 year old boy who lives in the Sherburn area of Durham.

The child you would be supporting is a bright, cheeky and energetic 7 year old who thrives on 1:1 attention and loves

activities such as climbing, trampolining, swimming and trips to the beach. He needs additional support and reassurance

due to social, emotional and mental health needs, he has ADHD and ASD.
