About the Role
A full-time, temporary (maternity cover from 9th March 2026 - 10th Feb 2027) Floating Support Worker for our Young
persons service in the Neath area. Working predominantly office hours Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm (with some flexibility
as role required.)
About the role
This is an Outreach project linked to Clarewood Neath that recruits and supports young people at risk of homelessness
and works with key organisations in the area to identify support required.
