About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Personal Assistant (PA) / Outreach Support Worker to support adults with learning disabilities in living independently. You will provide person-centred assistance with daily tasks, promote social skills, and enhance overall wellbeing while respecting individual care plans.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
• Support meal preparation and medication prompts
• Help with household duties and appointments
• Encourage participation in community activities
• Promote confidence and social skills development

Requirements
