About the Role
Undertakes specialist assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of clinical care for caseload of
patients/clients in paediatric dermatology using appropriate validated and appropriate tools e.g. CDLQI, IDQOL, EASI.
PHQ9 and GAD7, etc. Provide Nurse led clinics for paediatric patients including eczema, acne, psoriasis and other
dermatological conditions and bridging the gap in-between primary, secondary and other health providers. To provide
nurse led clinics and accept referrals in the community service for new patients with an agreed diagnosis, devise a
treatment plan and plan future review/ discharge as appropriate. To review follow up patients in the secondary care
