Paediatric Neurodevelopment Specialist Nurse
About the Role
Ensuring the efficient and effective provision of care, advice, education and support to children and families in their
own home or other community settings. Assist the Lead Nurse for Community Paediatrics with future service development by
identifying service need, evaluating priorities, service analysis. Undertake project management as agreed with Lead
Nurse for Community Paediatrics and the Directorate manager Contribute to the co-ordination, collation and analysis of
health data regarding children and young people within the CDC. Responsibility for the line management of staff within
the Neurodevelopment team including undertaking appraisals, Co-ordinating annual leave, making provision for cover in
