Paediatric Nurse Practitioner

About the Role

To adhere to trust policies, procedures and guidelines including Child Protection and Adult Protection. To work with

multi-disciplinary and multi-agency teams in order to ensure patients needs are met. To work within

independent/supplementary nurse prescribing or patient group directives that support or enhance patient care. To

contribute to quality improvement within the service. To assist in clinical audit and the setting and monitoring of

standards of care. To ensure effective communication skills and be able to advise and provide information to patients,

carers and their families where appropriate.
