About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main purpose of this role is to act as a practitioner providing expert care, treatment, co-ordination and support

for patients who have received bone marrow/stem cell transplants. The post holder will also be expected to contribute to

advancing the body of knowledge through education, research and audit as well as developing practice in others with

regard to this patient group. They will work within the multi-professional team in order to ensure a seamless,

coordinated approach to the care and timely onward referral to other professionals and agencies as appropriate, working
