About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, motivated and forward thinking Nurse who is looking for a new challenge to lead

through improvement, influence practice and initiate a positive change culture within Paediatric Outpatients Services.

The successful applicant must be a driven individual with focused on delivering patient centred care with a commitment

to providing a quality service that is responsive to the changing needs of the children and young people accessing the

service. Understanding the need for change you must be flexible, open and be able to build and motivate your team.

Your role will include all aspects of the management of the outpatient clinics at St Marys and Hammersmith Hospital. The
