About the Role

As a Paediatric PCD nurse specialist you will work within the multidisciplinary team to deliver: Excellent care to our

patients on an inpatient, day case and outpatient basis both locally and regionally. Regional clinics and home and

school visits across the region as required. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of patients and their families

Offer telephone advice to families and professionals across the region. Deliver parent education for children and

families. Deliver education to professionals locally and regionally. Undertake Level 7 History Taking and Physical
