About the Role
Patient Safety and Risk Management Review and investigate patient safety incidents, escalate issues as necessary.
Support staff and families involved in incidents with compassionate engagement. Promote a no-blame culture while
ensuring learning from incidents is shared through safety huddles and reports. Monitor and maintain compliance with
PSIRF and other relevant safety frameworks. Lead improvement and transformation projects aligned with local and national
initiatives. Ensure adherence to Trust risk management policies and proactively address hazards or incidents. Education,
Training, and Staff Development Lead teaching, supervision, and mentorship for nursing and multidisciplinary staff.
