Paediatric Senior Staff Nurse

About the Role

This position will have clinical, managerial and professional responsibilities as described in the job specification.

You will be responsible for a department of patients, individualising nursing care, assessing and planning, implementing

a care plan. while doing so you will be expected support and promote the involvements of parents and carers. You will be

expected to lead a team and delegate workload but also work alongside the Ward Manager/Matron. You will be expected to

arrange adequate staff cover in the event of sickness and in the ward manager's absence. You will be involved in local

audits and able to apply change due to the outcomes and findings of the audit. Additionally will share learning with the
