About the Role

JOB OVERVIEW

* The post holder will be a highly specialised Hepatology Nurse expected to  ensure patients living with chronic liver

disease are cared for in the most appropriate setting utilising their clinical expertise, leadership, management and

education skills to support patients adhere to hepatoma surveillance programmes.

* The post holder will work closely with the existing Hepatology Specialist Nurse and the wider multidisciplinary (MDT)

team which includes other sub-specialities within the liver service, radiology, oncology and regional hepatology
