JOB DESCRIPTION

THE EMPLOYER IS: SPA NURSING HOMES LTD To maintain and improve the appearance and safety of all care home facilities by

carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across eight homes. Mileage will be paid for travel between

homes. The base location will be Ballynahinch and mileage paid to other homes based on this. All posts involve

substantial access to vulnerable adults and therefore, the successful candidate will be offered the post subject to a

satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI. Regulated roles will also require a check of the Adults Barred
