About the Role

We have an excellent opportunity for aPalliative care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) Band7 to join our team, on a 12

month fixed term contract. If you are passionate about palliative care but are not sure if the specialty is the right

one for you, this is the chance to work with the team and understand what it takes to be a Palliative Care CNS.

As a Specialist Palliative care CNS you will provide expert Palliative Care nursing advice, to support and facilitate

high quality, individualised care to patients and relatives/carers, in collaboration with the multi professional team,

working in line with local and national targets.
