An exciting opportunity has arisen for Palliative care CNS Band 7 to join our dynamic team . If you are passionate about
Palliative care, but are not sure if the specialty is the right one for you, then this is the chance to work with the
team and understand what it takes to be a Palliative care CNS on a fixed term contract.
As a specialist palliative care CNS you will provide expert palliative care nursing advice, to support and facilitate
high quality, individualised care to patients and relatives/carers in collaboration with the multi professional team, in
line with the local and national targets.
