About the Role

A high profile, accessible and responsive CNS with clinical responsibility to provide specialist palliative nursing

advice, to support and facilitate high quality, individualised care to patients with malignant and non-malignant

conditions and relatives/carers in collaboration with the multi-professional team.

Successful applicants will be required to provide an immunisation and vaccination report, from either their current UK

occupational health provider or their UK GP.
