About the Role
The Palliative Care Nurse will play a supporting role in providing and promoting end of life, evidence-based care in
order to influence clinical decisions regarding the care of patients with palliative care needs, working collaboratively
with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
You will provide support for patients and carers including symptom management.
You will be required to support enhanced 7-day specialist palliative care provision.
You will provide education, training and support regarding Palliative & End of Life care to all relevant staff across
