About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will work across all service boundaries including services at Musgrave Park Hospital. In order to meet
the overall mission of the organisation the post holder will: Be a specialist resource providing clinical expertise,
advice and support within the specialist area of Specialist Palliative Care; Work within the multi-professional team in
order to ensure a seamless, coordinated approach to person-centred care, across the clinical pathway, and timely onward
referral to other professionals and agencies as appropriate; Expected to contribute to advancing the body of knowledge
