Palliative Care Specialist Support Nurse | Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated nurse with experience in caring for patients with palliative care needs and at the

end of their life. You will provide advice and support to palliative care patients as part of a supportive and

well-established team.

The service working hours are 0800-1800 Monday to Friday and 09.00-17.00 Saturday and Sunday. You will be required to

work flexibly to help provide the 7 day service.

The post holder is responsible for the provision of high quality, patient focused care
