About the Role

Education/Staff Development Identify training and development needs of multidisciplinary clinical teams across the

networks in accordance with local and national policies to develop confidence and competence of staff caring for CYP on

LTV, and improve patient safety Develop resources to support the education and training for clinicians across the

networks Provide motivation, mentoring and coaching to a broad range of health professionals to increase confidence and

competence Create a climate of research awareness to encourage evidence-based practice Support the team in the provision

of regular online or face to face local and relevant teaching and training sessions to support the clinical work streams
