Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week Accountable to: Practice Manager / Clinical Lead GP Location: Lyme Valley Practice,

ST5 3TF (with home visiting across locality) Job Purpose The Primary Care Paramedic will work as an autonomous clinician

within Lyme Valley Practice to deliver high-quality acute assessment, triage, and home visiting services. The role has a

particular focus on: Urgent and routine home visiting Care home clinical support Same-day assessment and triage
