Parkinson's Specialist Nurse
About the Role
Our Parkinson's team provide excellent clinical management to people with Parkinson's and other related neurological
conditions. We work to deliver multidisciplinary evidence based practice that improves outcomes for patients and their
carers, providing strategies and interventions to achieve goals and embed self management throughout all sites in the
trust. Clinical management of a caseload of patients with Parkinsons Disease and provision of information and support to
their relatives and carers for a defined geographical area In collaboration with the multidisciplinary team participate
in assessing and planning, implementing and evaluating programmes of care for patients with Parkinsons. Promote
