Part-time Early Years Teaching Assistant

About the Role

Required: January 2026

We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (Level 2 DfE recognised Early Years qualification +),

to work alongside the class teacher in a nursery class. The successful candidate must have up-to-date knowledge of the

Early Years framework, a sense of humour, patience and a willingness to continue developing an understanding of how

young children learn.

The vacancy is Tuesdays 9am-1pm, Thursdays 9am-1pm and Fridays 10.30am-5.00pm (term-time only) with some flexibility to
