This role involves providing dignified support to residents with learning disabilities at White Acres Residential Home in Shepshed, Leicestershire. Candidates should be patient, understanding, and committed to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Encourage residents to achieve their highest quality of life.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist residents in daily living decisions.
• Support personal care and recreational activities.
• Promote independence during mealtimes.
• Collaborate on individualized care plans.

Requirements

• Genuine caring nature and desire to help.
• Prior experience as a Support Worker is desirable.
• Patience and understanding of individual abilities.
• Respectful attitude towards residents' needs.
• Full training provided for all candidates.
