Part-Time Support Workers based in 24/7 Housing Projects in Rhondda Cynon Taff

About the Role

We are looking for Support Workers to be based in our 24/7 supported housing projects in the Pontypridd area, to provide

emotional & practical support (no personal care) for young men and women aged 16-24 with high level complex needs. The

end goal is for the young people to move on into their own accommodation.

Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

We have various part time hours available covering day, afternoon, evening & sleep in shifts (additional payments made

for sleep ins)
