About the Role

Alder Close Supported Living & Respite is based in the town of March and Larksfield Supported Living is based in the

centre of Wisbech. The role of Support Worker is to enable adults with a disability to live as independently as possible

and to enjoy lifestyles they choose to. We support and empower individuals to enhance the quality of their life,

maximise potential and to continue to promote and develop independence skills within their home or whilst staying at
