About the Role
1. The key focus of the role is building relationships with young people and involving young people in the shaping,
design, planning and delivery of Youth work activities in Chard.
2. Working as an effective team member with the youth worker in the delivery of youth work provision activities that are
fun, educative and support personal and social development
3. Support the youth worker in delivering outreach work in the community as and when required
4. The regular weekly centre based sessions will take place on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evening.
