JOB DESCRIPTION

THE EMPLOYER IS: CLANRYE GROUP This entry-level role will support adults with Moderate Learning Disabilities (MLD) as

they develop independence and work-related skills through practical fulfilment tasks such as packaging, labelling,

sorting, and assembly. The post holder will work closely with the Lead Support Worker to assist participants in their

daily routines and independence sessions, while taking a lead role in ensuring the quality, accuracy, and presentation

of all fulfilment tasks completed. You will be supported and trained by the Clanrye team to maintain quality standards,
