About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pastoral Officer to work across a nurturing primary and nursery

setting in Sunderland (SR4).

This is a vital role focused on student wellbeing, safeguarding, attendance, and family support, helping every child

feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

The successful candidate will work closely with children, families, staff, and external agencies, taking a proactive and

child-centred approach to pastoral care.
