About the Role
Pastoral Support Worker Full-time | Fixed-term contract Start date: ASAP Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Dependent on skills and experience We are looking to appoint a committed and proactive Pastoral Support Worker
(Level 3) to join our Alternative Provision team on a fixed-term basis. This is a full-time role for someone who is
confident working with young people, brings energy and enthusiasm to their work, and has a flexible, solution-focused
approach. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting students who may be experiencing social,
emotional or behavioural challenges, helping them to re-engage with learning and make positive choices. Key
