About the Role

Pathfinder Staff Nurse - 1 year Fixed term Contract

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic registered nurse to work as part of a small team with a health visitor to lead,

deliver and influence the national Health Visitor Pathfinder Project in Croydon. The post holder will deliver a local

service specification of childhood immunisations that meets the public health needs of the local communities in Croydon.

The post holder will work in the North Locality of the borough covering 4 PCN's which has 24 GP Practices.

The aim of the pathfinder project is to utilise the health visiting service to increase the uptake of childhood
