Patient Access Coordinator
About the Role
The patient access coordinator role includes the duties below but is not limited to, please see Job description for
further information. The successful candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills, accuracy, attention
to detail, ability to multi task and use initiative in a busy environment supporting a range of teams. The role requires
the ability to liaise with all disciplines of staff i.e. Directorate Managers, Consultants, Nurses and administrative
colleagues, work well as part of a team, be professional and personable at all times.The post holder must be IT literate
and have the ability to navigate trust IT systems and should have some understanding of National cancer waiting targets.
